Help at Home is committed to delivering a gold standard in care through our attentive and well-trained staff who support our clients comfortably and safely within their homes and communities.Help at Home is currently seeking a Sr. Analyst, M&A Integration who will be responsible for providing operational support to deliver multiple, complex transactions by conducting post-merger support for acquisitions. In this role, the Sr. Analyst of M&A Integration will be critical to driving progress on numerous integration activities within multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure milestones are met in a timely manner. This role will report into the Director of M&A Integration.Responsibilities:Partner with cross functional leadership to ensure integration plans are inclusive of key deliverables Execute integrations processes to ensure seamless transition of acquired businesses into HAH operationsActively manage integration risks; identify and solve cross-functional integration issues Help identify organizational and human impacts of planned initiatives and roadblocks to initiative completion and synergy attainment Streamline communication between stakeholders to ensure effective and timely completion of integration activities in line with each project''s integration timeline and budgetPrepare reporting and analysis for integration initiatives. Manage creation and distribution of metrics and financials to ensure all project obligations are on track with regard to synergies and costs. Assist in the day-to-day execution over the integration process including: setting up meetings, time and scheduling tasks, follow up with department heads, deep dive solution focused analysis into integration bottle-neck issuesQualifications and Requirements: 3-5 years of relevant work experience participating in M&A integrationsBachelor''s degree in Business, Communications, Supply Chain, Finance or related field Direct management consulting experience a plus Intermediate-to-Advanced in all Microsoft Office software, specifically, PowerPoint, Excel, SmartSheet, and Visio Customer service-oriented personality with a strong track record of developing strong relationships with senior management and being able to communicate project deliverables and milestones effectively Functional knowledge of operations, IT, finance, or accounting; experience within healthcare preferred Must be able to assess strengths, gaps, and potential risks to integration success Proven track record thriving in a performance metric centric role Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and drive projects with minimal supervision Able to multi-task in a fast-paced dynamic organizationMust have ability to work collaboratively with other departments10% travel required Office: RemoteThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
