Adecco is currently recruiting for a Help Desk Analyst in Carson CA. This is an immediate, short term assignment, with starting pay rate of $25/hr M-F 7am-4pm. This is NOT a remote role. Overall responsibility for Help Desk functions including troubleshooting/resolving issues regarding LAN issues, application issues, server, devices, desktop issues, proprietary applications, mobile devices, and PC support in a Windows environment as well as documentation, training, and inventory. For instant consideration, Apply Now! Duties: Provide first and second tier tech support. Install, maintain and troubleshoot workstations, printers, desktop software and other systems. Build, deploy and support PCs running Windows 7 and business software applications for end users. Rollout, document, and manage software updates (Catia, Autodesk, Windows updates, Java and Flash). Train and mentor end users. Management of IT stockroom; Inventory; track license usage. Test and research new technology for compatibility to current and future IT infrastructure.
