We''re currently seeking a Trailer Repair Shop Manager.The Trailer Repair Shop Manager is in a fast-paced environment that''s charged with developing and leading a strong maintenance team. Knowledge of AAR and IICL repair procedures is a must. Trailer Repair Shop Managers oversee service requests, maintenance and capital improvement processes.Trailer Repair Shop Manager Leads trailer shop operation; safety, administration and productivityCoordinates preventative maintenance programs, achieves goals with 100% complianceManages safety programs and risk management initiativesMaintains a sufficient level of tools and parts to properly maintain all terminal equipmentProvides ongoing training and new hire orientation to all employeesEnsures employees have the knowledge, skills and ability to perform each task assignedReviews weekly time and attendance, ensures data is accurate and entered timelySupervises and evaluates all levels of mechanicsEnforces and upholds all ITS rules, regulations and policiesThis is an exciting time at ITS and we''re seeking individuals to join our growing team!
