Join our revolution.The Corporate Account AD will focus on optimizing opportunities with assigned strategic accounts, HCPs in and outside the FLS setting, IDNs, LTC''s and military treatment facilities to establish product market leadership and achieve short and long-term sales goals by identifying customer needs and providing internally approved solutions. They must partner both internally and externally to achieve the goal of growing TYMLOS sales, achieving optimal product recognition, fulfillment and resource placement and utilization. ResponsibilitiesCreate and execute business plans to help the organization exceed goals and objectives by accelerating growth in high value accounts.Develop and execute an entrepreneurial strategic plan that builds strategic partnerships as well as delivers financial growth. Uses analytic framework to identify issues and opportunities, and consistently incorporates new perspectives and ideas. Effectively and efficiently manages resource allocation, including trade-off decisions.Exceed sales expectations and develop new sales opportunities within aligned accounts.Maintain a high level of product, disease state, market, reimbursement /formulary /market access, and customer knowledge to accomplish territory objectives including strengthening current loyalist commitment and expanding or building new loyalist/advocates.Monitor competitive environments in accounts and make changes accordingly, and coordinate with relevant commercial field team members.Effectively engage, navigate and influence complex customers through the identification of interdependencies across multiple functions and departments, including relationships/affiliations with external partners (ie... orthopedic groups, NOF, AACE, CCR, SPs and FLSs).Plan and execute effective promotional and unbranded programs as an identified need of the customer.Demonstrate strong strategic planning and critical thinking skills in reviewing data, understanding trends in order to develop effective plans to drive results.Collaborate with all matrix partners that support the customer when developing plans and strategy to positively impact business results.Develop a communication process with all stakeholders that touch the customer.Actively demonstrate the highest-level integrity and maintain all company policies and compliance guidelines.QualificationsMust have strong sense of self-motivation/initiative, excellent decision-making judgment, strong team/collaboration skills (across functions) and the ability to learn and adapt to the environment in order to overcome obstacles. Must be resilient and adaptable - - ability to recover from setback and problems and learn from mistakes. Ability to lead in complex, cross functional teams and build strategic long-term partnerships.Minimum of 7 years pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience (prior TA or biologics experience highly desirable), must have field sales management, institutional sales, account sales and/or managed markets experience. Experience working with specialty groups (Ortho, Spine, Pain, Metabolic Bone Health) IDN, ACO and/or health systems is desirable.Experience working with Specialty Pharmacies, Distribution Hubs, and Managed Care providers to ensure customers'' and patients'' needs are addressed.Demonstrated success in translating vision and strategy into tactical plans to drive business; ability to develop and execute localized strategic plans.Experience interacting with KOLs or high influence customers in large group practices, hospitals or managed care organizations. Effective communication, presentation, and decision-making skills (particularly in resource allocation) Exceptional ability to clearly communicate and articulate strategy and tactics in a way that motivates and energizes customer team.Thorough understanding of customer segments and market dynamics within all therapeutic areas. Strong business analytic skills and ability to effectively analyze metrics to assess progress against objectives.Manages all aspects of required administration work and delivers in a timely fashion.College degree; and prefer some prior experience in other commercial functions (e.g., Marketing, Managed Markets, Operations, Training, etc.).Must live within 45 minutes of a major airport and willing to travel up to 60% of the time.Demonstrate ability to communicate complex ideas effectively and appropriately.A Bachelor''s degree is required for this role.Work Environment:This is a remote position.
