Job DescriptionThe MRP clerk will be assisting the MRP team to drive a successful product realization process for incoming sales requests, which includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements. This individual should have the ability to resolve complex problems with minimal assistance and are proficient in updating SAP routings.Responsibilities Updating & maintaining missing parts report (including buyer requests, communicating calculated dates to customer service, and updating of SAP production and sales order dates) Update and create BOM and routing group requests Correcting Routing (machines/processes) while maintaining cost Calculate cost roll-ups Production order review / converting current demand into workable production orders Create Specialized orders (Samples/CS Requests) Conversion of Z-Quotes (BOM''s, drawings, routings and cost rollups) Handle tooling requests for new and pending orders Handle production orders for inspection reports (PPAP) ECN''s/PBR''s Stock movements Assist MRP team with email group communicationsQualificationsRequires strong mathematical aptitude, maintain a high level of transaction accuracy.Excellent analytical skills and computer skills.Able to work in a team environment, understanding MRP processes.
