JOB DESCRIPTION Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening f or a Quality Supervisor in Poniac, MI . The Quality Control Supervisor will be the technical liaison between our client''s quality control system, product engineering, manufacturing, and our customers. In this role, the Quality Control Supervisor will work with the teams to prevent and resolve quality issues, supervise production end of line inspection personnel and floor inspectors, provide technical support, and promote IATF/ISO compliance throughout the plant. Responsibilities of the Quality Supervisor includes : • Manage plant floor quality inspection/audit program including supervision of inspectors. • Manage the production end of line inspection process and performance, including the end of line inspection personnel. • Participate in quality meetings, generate, and analyze quality control reports. • Carry out quality assessments of products. • Manage sort, certify, and containment activity in the event of non-conforming material issues. • Prepare, maintain, and train on quality control instructions and quality alerts. • Support other teams such as engineering and production in relation to quality procedures and corrective actions. • Support internal and external audits and customers. • Conduct process / product audits. • Conduct laboratory measurements and testing. • Support customer warranty and non-conformance root cause analysis and corrective actions. • Track quality performance, such as first-time quality (FTQ), parts per million (PPM), and other quality metrics. • Update indicators of internal and external quality performance on a regular basis.
