Key Account Manager Job DescriptionThis is a dynamic position that requires good organization and communication skills as well as the ability to multi-task in a fast paced growing environment. Key Account Manager ResponsibilitiesFoster strong, on-going relationships with customers and suppliersCreate, plan and deliver presentations on company solutionsAbility to quote and manage sales for various materials (ex: plastics, metals, and insulation)Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet organization goals and quotasReview market analyses to determine customer needs and requirementsDefine and execute sales objectives and goals Provide sales activity reports on a pre-defined frequency that includes sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed expansionRepresent organization at trade meetings and/or eventsDeliver sales presentations to customers Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as requestedCreate, plan and deliver presentations on company/productsTrack sales activity in company CRM and keep currentMaintain a well-developed pipeline and prospect new sales leadsCoordinate with other team members/departments to optimize the sales effortUnderstand materials and the fabrication process in addition to read drawings and specficiationsKey Account Manager Qualifications Bachelor''s Degree in related fieldMinimum 2-4 years sales or field engineering experience preferredAbility to read drawings and specificationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAdept to change in a fast-paced environment Analytical and good decision making Working knowledge of CRM systemsExcellent problem solving and negotiation skillsSelf-motivated, high energy and positive attitudeBONUS: Possesses knowledge of plastics, non-ferrous metals, and fabrication in electrical marketsLI2021pm21PI155013073
