If you meet the qualifications listed below, please Apply Now! Position: Accounts Payable Specialist Location: Princeton, NJ Duration: 2-3 months+ contract Pay Rate: $18hr.- $24/hr. Responsibilities for this position include: Processes PO and Non PO invoices, Legacy refunds. Researches and resolves issues raised internally and with external customers related to Payments. Ensure all email inquiries to Accounts Payable outlook boxes have been answered and resolved within 48 hrs. Work with Supplier Management with all problem resolution and matched exceptions. Perform and responsible for Account Reconciliation, Journal entries, and Accruals and performs analysis to ensure correct project coding. Assist Manager with reconciliation and resolution of open Liability account. Working with internal and external auditors to extract information requested. Special projects as assigned . Candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration Education, Certifications, or Special Licenses: Associates or Bachelor''s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting Relevant Years of Experience Required: 1-3 yrs. Accounts Payable experience in a corporate setting Good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to plan and organize effectively and meet deadlines. Detail orientated and accurate. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook People Soft experience or experience with large ERP systems a plus.
