This position analyzes the new hire journey and provides thought leadership on where we see associate turnover, as well as helps us to continually keep a pulse on incumbents to ensure we are engaging, growing, and helping to support continual improvement in performance. This position partners with Area Field Directors, and other field leaders to to monitor, evaluate and ensure we are focused on the right metrics and then using the data to build a path to future states of successJOB SCOPE:This role develops, guides, and helps to direct In Home programs to drive revenue, improve performance, and help to continue to hire and retain associates within the In Home business, lead to reaching our goal of over $350M in revenue.REPORTS TO:DVP, In Home Field Services
