Adecco is currently hiring for a mortgage fulfillment position at a local leading lender. This is not a remote position. Candidates must be local to Charlotte, NC! Currently, we are assisting a local client in recruiting for a Mortgage Fulfillment position in Charlotte, NC. As a Mortgage Fulfillment specialist at our client site, you will perform a wide range of duties related to the post-closing of Correspondent mortgage loan transactions. You would be responsible for auditing to guidelines, compliance, and general follow-up on closed loan packages. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Audits documents to verify information matches the origination system information Verifies that all documents are present in the file and executed correctly Manages a pipeline of conventional and jumbo loans; verifies that all compliance guidelines have been met Ensure CD is in line with RESPA/TRID and initial disclosures Communicates clearly both verbally and in writing with Correspondents and other parties to correct errors and ensure all conditions and regulatory requirements are met Calculate funding to ensure accuracy of disbursements MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: High School Diploma or Equivalent 2+ years Residential Mortgage Post Closing, Processing or Closing experience including TRID Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong PC skills (MS Office) required Demonstrated organizational skills. NOTE :This position is located in uptown Charlotte and Adecco does not reimburse for parking costs.
