Physician - Family Medicine

Summary: CBCommunity Health System is seeking a full time Board Certified Physicians with the following experience. Family Practice or Internal Medicine with Infectious Diseases and Family or Internal Medicine with experience working with Geriatric Population to provide comprehensive primary care services to a panel of patients. Physician will participate in On-Call rotation, peer reviews, performance improvement projects and administrative responsibilities.Details of Education and Skills:Medical degree (M.D. or D.O). Current Board Certification Active and clear Florida License and no prior licensing infractions in other states. Current DEA certification.A minimum of 2 years'' experience in a Medicare, Medicaid and other State & Federal healthcare programs. Must have excellent organizational and people skills, including community/provider relationship skills. Must be computer proficient and experienced with EHR. Special Requirements and Skills: Current CPR (from American Heart Association)
