Responsibilities
Work with a team of 4 professionals to manage the entire front office support and processes
Triage incoming calls, route orders to production area; communicate work orders to operations; enter and file information; produce, print, and distribute reports.
Accurate data entry of systems is required
Provides input to sales forecasting process based on knowledge of the assigned book of business.
Provides customer service to the assigned customer accounts; serves as day-to-day point of contact for customers
Order materials, process invoices and accounts receivables
Reconcile inventory
AP, AR & Payroll
Researches credit applications, including notifying customers of status and documenting credit information in accordance with company procedures.
