CRM Technology Lead

COUNTRY Financial is searching for a CRM Technology Lead to serve as the chief visionary and enabler for the IT solution for our Client Relationship Management system transformation effort. The Technology Lead partners with the Enterprise Program Office Business and Program Management Leads as a leadership triad to deliver solutions that meet program objectives and enable business case outcomes. The Technology Lead oversees the program''s system activities and secures the commitment of infrastructure and specialist IT resources. This position is based out of our corporate offices in Bloomington, IL or Alpharetta, GA. Employees have the flexibility to work remotely up to two days per week. How does a CRM Technology Lead make an impact?Deliver program objectives and business case outcomes in partnership with Business and Program Management Leads, and ensure resources and costs are managed effectively.Drive success for all technology teams through delivery of a quality, fit-for-purpose solution and its integration into the COUNTRY systems environment.Partner with vendor leadership to ensure accountability and quality for contracted deliverables.Lead communications with IT Leadership.Ensure business vision is clearly understood across all technology resources and the architecture and technology is aligned with COUNTRY''s Enterprise Architecture/Strategic Roadmap (application, infrastructure and horizontals such as data and integration).Obtain alignment across technology leaders, including engagement, resources, plans and priorities.Facilitate involvement of enterprise-level technical specialists, supporting system owners, and IT leadership to support program activities and provide advice and feedback.Provide guidance to technology teams on software architecture, design, and system integration leading practices.Offer guidance and mentorship to interested team members for potential future program Technology Lead roles.
