The person in this role presents a complete professional sales solution by advising customers on product selection, features and benefits while maximizing order size via leads received from incoming calls and sales leads (inbound & outbound telephone calls, emails and chats). They also assist with training the CSAs on the same approach. The Team Lead, CSA also assist in addressing escalated customer concerns and complaints as needed.
