Duties & Responsibilities may include:Complete house rough in to include measuring, cutting, and pulling wireInstall trim to include plugs, lights, fixtures, and switchesMaintains working relationship with subcontractors and division managersReports progress and problems to management regularly and provides creative solutionsMaintains knowledge of and enforces company safety rules and proceduresQuickly corrects any potential hazard or promptly reports the hazard to the responsible personEnsures job material and equipment is ordered and at the job site in compliance with the schedule requirementsCommunicate with others, including taking direction from a supervisor and able to give direction in a way that is understoodKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesMust have one year of residential electrical experienceKnowledge of the current National Electric CodeAbility to read and understand blueprintsTeam PlayerExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsStrong Work EthicEager to LearnBi-lingual a plus Specific Qualifications: Occasional travel out of town A valid driver''s licenseMust be able to pass and comply with all safety training, background check and drug testing requirementsHigh school diploma or GEDAlready have basic tools is a plus Company Overview: IES is a national provider of industrial products and infrastructure services to a variety of end markets, including electrical, mechanical and communications contracting solutions for the commercial, industrial, residential and renewable energy markets.
