The candidate will be responsible for helpdesk support at Client sites as well as for providing remote support to customers as/when needed. Duties include (but not limited to) responding to tickets, diagnosing, and resolving various PC/Desktop technical issues, ticket escalation, support of hardware, software, operating systems, general day to day helpdesk services, and other tasks as assigned by the manager.
