Assembly Technicians are responsible for: Fabricate, assemble or develop composite parts, assemblies, tools, fixtures, molds and other related accessories for the aerospace industry Work on self directed teams with minimal direct supervision Follow general instructions, sketches, sample parts, engineering instructions, specifications and operating procedures to manufacture composite parts or assemblies for both production and developmental programs. Report defective material or questionable conditions to production department supervisor Maintain the manufacturing work area and equipment Qualifications and Skills: MUST BE A U.S Citizen or Permanent Resident A minimum of four years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment, preferable in a Maintenance Capacity. Aerospace experience also preferred. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in (primary) English language. Ability to read and comprehend mechanical and control drawings and schematics. Strong multi-tasking competency. Knowledge and understanding of industrial plant operations and machinery.
