Adecco is currently assisting a local client recruiting for an Assembler in Sharon Center, OHI! This Assembler positions is a temp-to-hire opportunity with starting pay of $17.00-18.00 per hour! For instant consideration for this position, Apply Now! Responsibilities: . Perform a variety of jobs fitting together manufactured and purchased parts into subassemblies or complete products. Responsible for the quality of the assemblies produced. Perform first piece inspection and subsequent inspections to ensure overall quality. Responsible for the care of routine maintenance and keeping the work area neat and clean. Maintain simple reports on productivity, quality and safety. Act as a back up for the shipping and receiving department. Requirements: High School Degree or Equivalent Ability to work 1st shift (7:30am-4:00pm) Possess the skill and ability to assemble manufactured and purchased parts into subassemblies or complete products. Must be equipped with all the required tools to perform the functions of their job. Physical ability to do work requiring frequent standing, sitting and bending, as well as pushing, pulling and lifting up to 35 lbs. frequently. Sufficient reading and writing ability to follow work order instructions and prepare simple production reports. Sufficient manual dexterity to operate the equipment properly.
