Position Description Staffing Operations Specialist / Recruiting Support Specialist Recruiting Support Specialist Overview Our company is known for its innovative technologies, products and services -- and for the people behind them. As part of our world-class recruiting team, you''ll help keep processes organized and efficient while actively maintaining clear lines of communication with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates. By providing great customer service and smoothly managing all the details, you''ll contribute to the overall success of the staffing team. Top 3 Daily Responsibilities (Recruiting Support Specialist) Support a group of recruiters with processes including scheduling support, posting roles, candidate follow-ups, interview feedback follow up, internal system monitoring and maintenance, offer packet support, and employee referral assistance (Allocations Specialist) Manage candidate process and act as a candidate advocate. Evaluate skill level and manage the offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, offer letter generation, and offer acceptance/declines. Negotiate offers by partnering with hiring managers, senior management, and other groups as necessary. (Both) Use data to identify the most impactful process improvements, and drive changes to ensure a more efficient hiring process Minimum Qualifications Education: BS/BA degree or 4 years experience in relevant field (in lieu of degree) 1+ years of experience in staffing or administrative support Demonstrated experience in achieving ambitious goals and making a business impact with data-driven process improvements. Preferred Qualifications Proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships in a client-facing role Excellent attention to detail within a fast-paced, dynamic work environment Basic experience with data analytics using spreadsheets and/or SQL preferred Note: Based on business demand, you may be asked to switch focus area, which may include Recruiting Support or Allocation Support.
