Adecco Creative and Marketing is searching for a Store Operations - Retail Project Manager will be responsible for assisting with communication, organization, and follow up on Systems field initiatives, with a focus on supporting network and hardware rollouts, tech visits, and store order fulfillment. This is a Coporate role (not in retail store) for a global house of brands powered by optimism, innovation, and inclusivity of an American luxury design house specializing in handbags, luggage, accessories, and ready-to-wear. This role is hyrbid and located in New York City. The pay is $30 per hour. As of now, this is a long term, no end date contractor role with possibilities of challenge and growth in the future! The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Store Operations - Retail Project Manager to... Assist in the ongoing rollouts / updates of in store equipment, network enhancements, and technical visits. Responsible for cross checking rollout schedule, noting any conflicting information, and communicating visit / install information. Work with stores and cross functional partners as needed when issues arise. Escalate issues / problems to the appropriate partners. Assisting in the ongoing management of store openings, closings, and remodels. Send initial and follow up communication to field teams for each project. Work with the field team to ensure proper communication of outstanding issues to cross functional partners. Assist in the ongoing management of store order fulfillment supported by of the Order Management System (OMS). Responsible for daily monitoring of OMS order fulfillment. Including running reports, organizing data, and sending communication on orders volume and order delays. Escalate issues / problems to the appropriate partners. Work with stores on an as needed basis for store related / procedural issues. Create surveys to illicit store feedback. Compile and organize results. Draft and edit store communication and documentation as needed. Assist with the organization and maintenance of the Systems Communication Calendar. Develop a general level knowledge for in-store processes, applications and systems, as well as a working knowledge of all Coach Omni channel platforms. Develop and maintain a general level understanding of the various in store equipment and network platforms that are a part of the rollout. Assist with the pilot process timeline and communication process for system enhancements / implementations. Gather and organize feedback so learnings can be shared and where needed taken into account for the full rollout. Support Store Operations initiatives / projects on an as needed basis. The accomplished individual will possess... Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills. A Bachelor''s degree or more along with retail corporate operations experience Highly organized and proactive with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work in a challenging, fast paced and highly collaborative environment. Ability to proactively troubleshoot and problem solve. Displays authenticity, flexibility and agility to adapt to a changing business and corporate environment. Superior follow through, organization and customer service oriented.
