For additional information, visit: or follow us on Twitter.Job DescriptionThe Corporate Development and M&A Manager will work closely with the Vice President, Corporate Development and M&A to help drive growth opportunities and shape the ESA business portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to help analyze, assess and execute high profile corporate growth priorities related to all aspects of corporate M&A and strategy.Responsibilities:Performs market reviews for relevant growth opportunities, including acquisition candidates.Assists in preparation of investment proposals, recommends financial and nonfinancial strategic objectives and alternatives, and implements and maintains strategic and plans.Performs financial and valuation analysisCoordinates due diligence efforts with cross functional leaders and advisors both internally and externallyWorks with internal and external counsel in preparation of legal documentation related to transactions and projectsAssists with transaction post-merger integration planningEnsures quality of all processes related to M&A and corporate development (alliances and JVs) including: identification, valuation, negotiation, due diligence and post-merger integrationProvides support and guidance as required to other corporate business transactions as they ariseHelps identify appropriate additions/deletions to portfolio to ensure appropriate balance of risk, reward and growthOther related duties as assigned by supervisor.Authorities:Negotiate acquisitions, divestitures, alliances and joint venturesBusiness Relationships: Inside ESA:Executive Leadership TeamGeneral CounselsVP MarketingDirector, M&A and Corporate DevelopmentBusiness Unit VPsInside ESL:Division PresidentsOutside Elbit:Investment Banking communityFinancial CommunityRegulatorsMajor management consulting firmsQualificationsMaster''s Degree Preferred. 3-5 years'' experience may substitute.Specific Degree Field: BusinessKnowledge, Skills, Abilities Required (Unique and Measurable):Experience with mergers & acquisitions transactionsFinancial/accounting and investment analytical skillsPerforming valuation methodologiesAbility to perform company and market research & analysisPresentation and communication skills
