Volunteering for organizations that focus on helping and encouraging children is a common thread that ties us back to what''s important"”making each kid''s life a little more magical.Job DetailsAs a Digital Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the Digital Marketing Director, Visual Identity team and outside agency partners to execute a brand strategy that drives awareness, engagement, and conversion across all paid, owned and earned digital channels.Projects span across social media, influencer, email, blog, SEO and SEM to drive brand and revenue growth for our direct-to-consumer website as well as digital marketing initiatives to support our retailer partners.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute organic social media calendar for all owned channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube and TikTokCommunity management for owned social channels, engaging with the community and escalating any issues to customer service to addressCoordinate and manage giveaways with brands and/or micro influencers on social and fulfill prizes accordinglyBuild and deploy marketing emails in email platform, KlaviyoMaintain monthly reports and KPIs for organic social and email platforms and share results with Director and teamAssist Director on execution of paid campaigns with digital marketing agencyAssist Director on paid campaigns for retail partnersAssist Director on execution of review generation sampling programCommunicate launch of promotions with cross functional teamsUpdate national marketing calendar as neededIdentify and share digital trends, insights and best practicesEvaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriateRequirements:BS / BBA in Marketing3-4 years of experience in digital marketingPassion for all things digitalExperience with social media platforms Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok and YouTubeExcellent communication & presentation skillsStrong analytical skills and data-driven thinkingInterested in hearing more?
