Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist

Position Summary: The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for identifying and managing a list of potential candidates for various positions available within the company.Essential Duties: Responsible for supplemental lead generation of candidates for high priority openings Strong focus on sourcing passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and research Build outreach and sourcing strategies to develop more diverse talent pipelines from historically underrepresented minority communities and groups Help establish a pipeline of top talent candidates for recurring positions Supports the recruiting strategies and functions by partnering with recruiters to generate leads, leverage resources, and share information that facilitates an effective search process Maintains a high degree of confidentiality at all times due to access to sensitive information Maintains regular, predictable, consistent attendance and is flexible to meet the needs of the department Abides by all regulations, policies, procedures and standards Performs other duties as assigned Position Requirements & Competencies: Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to multi-task under tight deadlines Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills Strong proficiency in advanced sourcing techniques including but not limited to Boolean logic, ATS mining, social media, keyword and complex internet searching, SEO, LinkedIn, and resume databases Addus provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.This policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment, including recruiting, hiring, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, and transfer, leaves of absence, compensation and training.
