Customer Service Representative

Adecco is assisting a local company in recruiting for a customer service position located in Wadsworth, OH. Shift: 7:30a-4:00pm Pay: $20.00-$21.00/hr Duties and responsibilities: Answer inbound and initiate outbound customer calls Fulfill order entry transactions - data entry of PO''s Build knowledge of all major product groups to properly support customer contacts Resolve customer issues and inquiries efficiently and effectively Process credit requests, resolve mis-shipments and provide proof of deliveries Provide customer support while expertly navigation between multiple computer sessions Resolve or investigate adequately before appropriately escalating calls to the next level Qualifications: Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient in active listening to fully understand customer needs Proficient with Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Knowledge of SAP Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail Ability to multi-task in a high volume, fast paced work environment Proven ability to approach any change or new situation with a positive attitude Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner 1-2 years previous experience in customer service role So now that you know about the customer service position, the ball''s in your court.
