Job Description:KM017 Cons Prod Strategic Analyst III H5Responsible for performing complex analysis and reporting. Utilizes a variety of systems including, but not limited to Excel, MicroStrategy, Tableau, COGNOS, and SAS/SQL, at an intermediary level. Provides analytical support on various strategies to ensure company goals are met. Coordinates the production of control/operational reports and updates for senior management. May utilize established databases to provide statistical and financial modeling. Analyzes portfolio trends, concerning risk, loss trends, marketing performance, portfolio dynamics, and bureau scoring criteria. The goal is to provide meaningful and accurate data to drive business results and mitigate risk. Duties primarily include the regular use of discretion and independent judgment. 2-5 years reporting or analytical experience required. Analyst''s initial responsibilities will require the use of Tableau/MicroStrategy to build and automate performance and control dashboards.Required Skills:• Ability to learn new systems quickly• Superior leadership, problem solving and organizational skills• Strong ability to communicate (written and verbal) with internal and external partners• Ability to manage and shift priorities when necessary• Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and either Cognos, Tableau or MicroStrategy proficiency• 2-5 years Reporting or equivalent experience working with data and or reporting toolsDesired Skills:Hadoop or other ''big data'' development experienceStrong Collections backgroundPrevious experience with data management/architectureJob Band:H5Shift: 1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week:40Weekly Schedule:Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm, preferably ESTReferral Bonus Amount:0 --> Job Description:KM017 Cons Prod Strategic Analyst III H5Responsible for performing complex analysis and reporting.
