Recruiter

Adecco is hiring immediately for Recruiters at a local client in Fontana, CA. In this role, you will recruit, schedule, and interview potential candidates for professional, technical, hourly, and management level positions across the country, perform reference checks on potential candidates, work directly with managers to develop job postings for open positions, oversee new hire onboarding process to ensure all steps of the process follow applicable laws and best practices, organize internal employee moves within organization, manage employment sponsorship and work authorization processes, and perform other duties as required. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years'' experience in recruiting for professional, technical, and management level positions BS in Human Resources or a related field required Experience working with online onboarding systems and online applicant tracking system preferred Experience with recruiting manual labor or warehouse positions Experience with high-volume recruitment-30-50 calls per day Knowledge and understanding of state and federal laws as it relate to hiring and employment Computer skills Travel as needed for high volume recruiting projects What''s in this for you?
