Seeking individuals with great phone presence for role as customer service representative. You must possess a positive attitude and be a team player. The best candidate is detail oriented, a multi-tasker, and highly organized. You should be someone our customers are always pleased to interact with and who can collaborate well with coworkers on a daily basis.Duties include but aren''t limited to: answering phones, keying orders, processing electronic document exchange, resolving customer issues, administrative duties, phone sales, data entry in Excel, light accounting, extensive email communication, and generally doing whatever is needed to get the job done.Answer incoming customer inquiriesCollaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policiesRecord customer information within our customer service databaseEngage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concernsOffer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company''s customer service policies AppleOne is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
