Inside Sales Representative - Insurance

RemX Specialty Staffing is looking for Inside Sales Representative to sell Property & Casualty Insurance to current and new clients. This is a remote, direct hire opportunity. Salary: $30,000 Annually + commission (OTE $60k+) Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST Responsibilities: Generates sales units to meet or exceed sales quotas through effective telesales methods. Cultivates and develops a business / sales referral network from other sales divisions within the company. Performs insurance needs analysis for prospects and clients to provide solutions to insurance needs. Works with insurance carrier underwriters to develop business relationships to write profitable business and professionally manage mutual objectives. Requirements: High School Diploma - Required 1 year of sales/marketing experience Property and Casualty insurance license is preferred for candidates. Employees hired into this position without a P&C license are required to obtain their P&C license within 90 days of employment.
