Production Supervisor- 3rd shift / Westland, MI Responsibilities: • Provide technical support • Train new employees • Minot employee safety, quality, and productivity • Plan, monitor, provide feedback and coach employees • undertake disciplinary actions if needed • Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures Requirements: • 3+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing • Experience in training employees • Automotive supplier - plus • Just-in-time process sequence environment - plus • Adhesive, converting and/or slitting operation • Knowledge of ERP systems (Plex or SAP) • High school diploma • Valid driver license
