Longer-term opportunities for hybrid (home & office set up) Excellent work-life balance (results focused vs. hours focused) Multiple examples of individuals advancing quickly within the company Summer hours Excellent benefits including strong 401K match, profit sharing and strong bonus programs Senior Accountant Role Summary: The position''s primary responsibilities include preparation of corporate journal entries and account reconciliations as part of the month-end closing process, review of bank reconciliations, assisting with the preparation of USGAAP and IFRS financial statements and disclosures, preparing audit schedules and answering questions from external auditors, and researching accounting topics. Qualifications: BS in Accounting Public accounting and industry experience preferred, 3-4 years combined experience CPA a plus US GAAP reporting knowledge, preferably including financial statement preparation and review IFRS reporting knowledge a plus Proficient computer knowledge, with emphasis in Excel or spreadsheet functionality and general ledger knowledge in consolidation accounting including eliminations and foreign currency translation Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with various levels of management (plant personnel, corporate, executive management, treasury, internal audit, etc.) and external auditors Excellent time management skills Quick learner and the ability to complete responsibilities independently with proper training Compensation: $80,000 to $95,000K + bonus
