Phlebotomy Float - Hospital

In this role you will cover for vacant and vacationing peers at two locations; while providing exceptional customer service and performing skilled specimen collections. In addition, you will be provided opportunities for continuous growth within a global organization with Labcorp.Due to the critical nature of this role, a qualified external candidate will receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus, if hired before 11/1/2021. Work Schedule: M-F with rotating weekend. Hours may vary between 05:00 a.m. and 07:30 p.m.Float Incentive: Additional $2.00/hr plus mileage reimbursementLocations: Swedish Ballard - 5300 Tallman Ave NW, Seattle, WA 98107 and Swedish Cherry Hill - 550 17th Ave, Seattle, WA 98122Full Time: Benefits EligibleJob Duties/Responsibilities: Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groupsCollect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely mannerPrepare all collected specimens for testing and analysisfollow strict Standard Operating Procedures.
