Production/Sanitation Supervisor Food and Beverage Company Compensation Depends on Experience Responsibilities • Analyze schedules and production order to make sure quantitates, specification, types of products and delivery dates are on time to plan department operations. • Aid in preparation of blending, production and sanitation schedules in association with Production Manager and make sure production and quality meets product specifics. • Manage production operations which includes setting priorities for manufacturing products and analyze operation and production reports. • Troubleshoot any maintenance, manufacturing and operational problems to avoid operational delays. • Enforce all Quality and Food Safety Policies and approve HACCP Documentation and alert QA manager on any discrepancy. • Attend Shift Transition Meeting for constant communication and resolve any grievances.
