Maintenance Technician

General Maintenance Performs general carpentry, tiling, wiring, painting, framing, door repair, locksmith operations, lighting replacement, and wall surface repairs.Assists with grounds keeping and general property maintenanceInspects and performs minor repairs on fleet vehiclesResponds in a timely, courteous manner to patient/resident questions, complaints, or requests.Reports patient/resident or employee safety hazards, maintenance problems or needed repairs to management pletes preventive maintenance checklists and other maintenance records.Assists in fire drills and trainingParticipates in the Facilities Department On Call rotationPerforms other duties as assignedMust be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility in a safe and satisfactory manner.Must be punctual and have a good attendance recordHave reliable means of transportation to workEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesThe contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
