Work Hours/Shift: Full Time You Will Be Responsible For: Maintains condition and cleaning of floors, dish room equipment, pot sink, workstation and equipment used in performance of all duties. Empties department trash cans and removes trash to the dock for compacting and placement in appropriate containers. Drains and cleans dish machine at designated times. Monitors and records dish machine temperatures at designated times, PSI and corrective actions on logs. Monitors and records pot sink sanitation levels on log as indicated. Participates in dish room duties of dumping, loading, and unloading. Washes pots and pans in 3 compartments sink as needed. Uses cleaning chemicals correctly and in required concentrations. Performs other duties as assigned in café, catering, and/or production. QualificationsWhat You Will Need: High School diploma of equivalent. Basic math skills and ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions in English. Good customer service skills required. Food service experience in hospitality or healthcare industry preferred. Job Summary: Under the direct supervision of the FANS director and management team, dietary aid assists in the preparation, set up, serving, cleaning and sales of food and beverage in the cafe. Cleans and sanitizes work areas, front of house equipment and maintains safety standards.
