The primary responsibility will be to prepare the property tax compliance for a diverse client base of 2,000 annually. Other responsibilities include:Project/Task ManagementPersonal and Professional DevelopmentYou will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with the broader CohnReznick team in delivering the highest quality service to our clients;Interact directly with our clients on a regular basis to better understand and serve their needs; and grow and develop your career with support and mentoring from experienced CPAs in the accounting, auditing, and tax areas of the firm, as well as through your regular participation in internal and external Continuing Professional Education programs.Opportunity to participate in industry, alumni and community networking events and you will be able to participate in recruiting entry level and experienced talent.RequirementsBachelor''s degree in Accounting; Master''s in Tax is a plusCPA, CMA, CMI, JD or EA is preferredMinimum of 3-5 years of tax experience relating to property taxesKnowledge of PTMS or Eproperty tax experience preferredSolid experience in researching and addressing multi-state property tax mattersProven competence with MS Office, including advanced Excel skillsWorking knowledge of tax software, including CCH and RIA CheckpointSolid organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to multi-taskExcellent communication and presentation (verbal and written) skillsTravel required - approximately 10%Learn more Connect with usis an organization committed to diversity and inclusion to drive our business results and create a better future every day for our diverse employees, clients, partners, and communities.
