The Senior Marketing Specialist will work as an integral member of North America Business Solutions team, proactively supporting an assigned Business Unit by managing critical processes associated with materials production and distribution. Responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to, ensuring that promotional materials are fully approved, produced, distributed, and destroyed in a timely and accurate manner, managing the print process including the associated budget and serving as a subject matter expert on inventory management. The person in this role must be service-oriented, focused on removing obstacles, a proactive problem solver, and possess a demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with remote and home office team members.Essential FunctionsMaintain close relationships with the Brand teams to enable awareness of new promotional materials, proactively setting expectations on production timelines and ensuring vendor readiness.Assume a lead role in managing the Jazz preferred print partners, obtaining competitive bids as needed and partnering to ensure the most cost-effective solutions.Confirm that said materials are fully approved for distribution before printing or producing then work with the fulfillment vendor to warehouse and ship as needed.Manage inventory levels at the warehouse, providing run rate reports to the Brand teams on a regular cadence. Oversee reprinting, when needed, and the removal and destruction of obsolete materials, managing all in a timely and cost-efficient manner.Serve as the main point of contact for the Fulfillment vendor-partner, troubleshooting as needed, responding to exception requests, and organizing then leading quarterly business reviews.Partner with Training & Development to ensure the timely and cost-efficient production of any required training materials and work with Fulfillment vendor to ship to meeting locations as needed.Liaise with Brand teams and Meetings & Conventions to assist in coordinating the Jazz conventions presence including, exhibit booths, promotional and disease-awareness literature, and other materials as needed.Partner with the HCP Engagement team to create and then maintain a compliant and efficient process to support field-driven regional meeting presence.Execute on knowledge sharing, cross-training and process documentation and thereby minimize the risk of breaks in service to assigned customer groups across North America.Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 3+ years of relevant experience within the pharmaceutical industryAbility to build collaborative relationships with both internal teams and external partnersDemonstrated excellence in organizational and communication skillsEffective problem solver with ability to think independentlyMust be able to work in a highly energetic, flexible, changing, and fast-paced environment with little or no directionDemonstrated success in managing third party service providersSolid understanding of industry standards, services, technologiesWorking knowledge of the compliance and regulatory requirements surrounding interactions with healthcare professionals and organizations.Required/Preferred Education and LicensesBachelor''s DegreeJazz Pharmaceuticals is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any characteristic protected by law.
