Job Number: 498232IT Business Process Manager - OTCOur client, recently named one of the most innovative companies in the US, is currently seeking a Business Process Manager to join their team.*Candidates must be available to come onsite/travel to office in either Idaho or Pennsylvania. Full relocation package will be offered for anyone interested in relocating.*The IT Business Process Manager will partner with the Order Management team and Logistics and Finance business partners to scope, co-design and deploy strategic IT solutions to meet or exceed business requirements.Responsibilities include:Act as the business process subject matter expert (SME) in the Order to Cash (OTC) workstream for the Order Management and Logistics communityEffectively maintain business partner relationships at a senior level and at an operational levelSeek continuous feedback on performance of technologies utilized by Order Management & Logistics departmentsHave a complete knowledge and understanding of all business processes for Order management and Logistics group within Educate business and IT on industry best practices for Order Management and Logistics areaGuide business on improving processes via implementation of best practices, automation and digitizationCollaborate with the other IT functions on project prioritizationPrioritize and scope enhancements/projects for Order Management and Logistics deptGather business requirements and draft scope for potential solutionsPresent the possible solutions and obtain consensus from the key stake holders Evaluate and create a plan to ensure sufficient resources for any new solution or redesignEnsure that the solutions designed for the business is extendable and scalable across the company''s landscapeCollaborate with IT technical resources on design the solutionCreate/Review all the test scripts for project/enhancementsResponsible for approving training documents including work instructions are complete and incorporated into SOP''sEnsure UAT has been completed and solutions delivered are performing as per the functional specsCo-lead the change management effort along with businessRequirements:Bachelor''s Degree in IT or Associates Degree in IT with 5 years of experience 5 years'' experience in Information Technology 2 years'' experience on the business side is preferredCPG experience requiredSolid understanding of ERP systems such as SAP S4 Knowledge of SAP S4 is preferredKnowledge of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) OTC process Advanced Resources is a talent solutions organization headquartered in Chicago providing staffing, consulting, and workforce solutions nationwide.
