Accounting Support

Volt is immediately hiring for an Accounting Support position for a local leading manufacturer in Saegertown, PA. This is a 1st shift, Monday through Friday opportunity. Pay for this position is between $35,000-$45,000 based on experience.As Accounting Support you will: Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable duties as needed Data entry and operate 10-key calculators to perform calculations and produce documents Summarize numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records, using journals and ledgers or computers Compile statistical, financial, accounting or auditing reports and tables pertaining to such matters as cash receipts, expenditures, accounts payable and receivable, and profits and losses Debit, credit, and total accounts on spreadsheets and databases, using specialized accounting software; general bookkeeping Accounting Support candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration: Accounts payable/receivable experience preferred Data entry Bookkeeping and general ledger work Journal Entries QuickBooks Account reconciliation Immediate InterviewsVolt is an Equal Opportunity Employer
