PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Directs and supervises the daily work assignments of the CNAsCoordinates care needs with community providers via case management processBalances service demands with supporting resident independenceAccurately assesses, communicates, and documents residents''/patient''s statusObserves and reports any significant changes in resident/patient behavior and health to Director of Nursing, physician, family, CNAs and Nursing Home Administrator per state regulationsResponds to emergencies and personal emergency response system and knows when to call for backupEDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / LICENSURE - CERTIFICATION Current state license as an RN and CPR certificationGraduate of an approved RN programMinimum of 1 to 2 years of experience preferred Think senior living sounds boring?
