This position presents executive summary reports of analytics and outcomes by levels of care or program and other reporting formats to management and committees as assigned. Essential Functions: Analyze, synthesize and evaluate behavioral health data via analytic tools to examine existing and potential trends in service utilization, clinical impact and cost effectiveness and propose data-informed recommendations for CBH leadershipDevelop technical specifications to create datasets for analytic purposes.Develop and present reports of analyses and outcomes to CBH leadership and committeesPosition Requirements: Education: Bachelor''s degree required in social sciences, health informatics, public health; Master''s Degree preferredLicense/Certification: N/ARelevant Work Experience: Minimum of five (5) years experience in statistics, research and/or evaluation; familiarity with population health framework; behavioral health claims experience preferred.
