Responsibilities Works closely with senior business leaders and their leadership team(s) to link the Human Capital Strategy to the Business Strategy through the identification and delivery of consultative human capital solutions for the business. Manages the demand for HR services within the business and leverages various HR resources to deliver an integrated HR approach to critical initiatives. Provides executive and leader coaching to ensure individual and team effectiveness. Provides guidance on the appropriate use of HR programs in the business to ensure effectiveness. Serves as a relationship manager between the business, HR COEs, and HR operational groups.Partners with the HRBP to identify business needs, assess performance gaps, and create implementation plans that enhance business unit results. Provides comprehensive support for strategic initiatives related to performance management, performance consulting, talent management, and change management programs and processes. Works independently and follows project management disciplines. Employs strong written and oral communication skills to effectively interact with individuals and groups at all levels of the organization.Analyzes data, draws conclusions, designs, and generates reporting formats; creates and executes implementation and customized communication plans for business unit and Human Resource initiatives. Supports special projects as appropriate, which typically will include audits, M&A activity, and internal HR project teams.
