Senior Test engineer

For additional information about L&T Technology Services log on to Responsibilities & Accountabilities • Responsible for test plan, test development, automation and execution • Plan and prioritize task for self and team • Responsible for system level feature quality• Responsible for implementing defined TDLC process • Responsible executing release test plan and identifying gaps and addressing as required• Execute all the test case and report defects, define severity and priority for each defect.• Identify and execute necessary test cases for defect verification• Develop missed test cases and update test cases as required and approved by test lead.• Responsible for test case development for medium to high complex modulesScope & Competency Requirements • Min 5+ years test experience with embedded/ automotive products & features• Expert understanding on test development life cycle, testing types and test methods• Good experience with using any test management and reporting tools such as RTC, DNG, RQM, Zira, Bugzilla, confluence etc.• Able to understand requirements and come up with teste development and execution plan• Able to support Test lead on developing and refining test strategies for feature/product• Able to analyze change points and come up with test plan• Able to determine Test automation criteria and develop automation scripts• Able to lead 2-5 member team and execute test activities as per leads assignment with less guidanceTravel Able to drive PASA test vehicle within state or across states as part of test activity.
