Promotional Events & Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: Educate community members on our mission to reduce drugs, violence, and bullying in our local communities Attend in-person and virtual meetings to increase knowledge on anti-drug, violence, and crime reduction initiatives Provide support to families and community members Build and maintain positive working relationships with the clients, consumers, and fellow team members Work collaboratively and efficiently with fellow [POSITION NAME] team members to increase awareness Establish positive, supportive relationships with the community and provide feedback to senior management Responsible for reporting and tracking all activities to management, as well as communicating all marketing requirements through company provided forms
