We''re looking to hire a Senior Recruiter who can build connections and give candidates a Premier Builder experience, drive retention from the first conversation and provide best-in-class partnership with our internal stakeholders and hiring managers. This role is perfect for more experienced recruiters (at least 3 years of recruiting experience). In this role you will rely heavily on and continue to develop your recruiting knowledge and hiring manager relation skills as you partner with our Talent Specialist in Dallas to manage open positions across Texas.
