We are looking for people who want to help us build the world''s largest wheels and tires! Your new role: We will show you the craft of building the biggest tires in the world! Tire Builders & Production Workers are responsible for using machines and materials to build wheels and tires. This assembly operation consists of both machine and manual operations. What it takes to succeed: Attendance. We have many different types of tires and need you here to learn your new craft. Safety. Lives ride on our tires, so we need your keen eye for detail and quality. You can lift 75 pounds or more. Be able to work in the heat. The temperature can reach 90 to 110 degrees in the summer months. A full range of body motion - these are big tires, and you will be moving them with lift assists, including overhead cranes. If you have not operated one, we will show you! Load and unload items from machines, carts, and dollies. You can read and interpret gauges, specifications, and prints. Why work at Titan Tire?
