Senior Marketing Manager - B2B Demand GenerationPosition OverviewConsensus Cloud Solutions is looking for a dynamic, high-performing marketing professional to help plan and implement our marketing and advertising activities, responsible for boosting Consensus'' presence through all channels. You should have a clear understanding of how prospects move through the buyer''s journey, and possess proven knowledge of what content is required to progress them down the marketing funnel. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across all facets of marketing and experience managing full-funnel campaigns across digital platforms such as email marketing, nurture programs, webinars, content syndication, sponsored content, banner ads and advertising. You will understand how to scale budgets efficiently and effectively in these channels. Additionally, you should be obsessed with running A/B tests and you should understand how to measure campaign success through a strong analytical approach. Spreadsheets and pivot tables should be second nature.ResponsibilitiesYou''ll be responsible for conceptualizing, executing, and continually improving end-to-end lifecycle marketing campaigns, with a particular emphasis on increasing engagement and driving pipeline.The role will support our B2B marketing efforts by implementing demand generation strategies to support our healthcare interoperability solutions including natural language processing/artificial intelligence tools, electronic signature products, digital fax services, as well as launch new products as they are developed. You will work closely with a team of marketers, designers, product and industry experts and sales leaders. Must be able to communicate effective plans and outcomes of marketing programs to Marketing and Sales leadership.QualificationsBA/BS degree or equivalent working experience in demand generation marketing.Minimum of 8 years of experience creating demand gen marketing programs for SaaS products.Ability to write compelling, on-message copy across emails, ads and landing pages.Keen understanding of the buying funnel and appropriate messages and content for each stage.Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.Impeccable analytical and organizational skills.Self-motivated and self-directed.Energetic with strong ability to build trust with sales, product, services, customers, and executive management.Genuine desire to continuously learn, adapt, and teach others your expertise.Ability to embrace change and dynamically pivot work streams to meet changing requirements.Action-oriented with great follow through on commitments.Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms.
