Test Engineer- Embedded Software

The Test Engineer is responsible for functional verification of embedded software for servo drives. Work assignments include test requirements analysis, design, and implementation of test cases using PLC programming languages. Test Engineer works together with new product development teams using Agile methodologies to deliver functional tests executed in CI/CD environment as a part of product verification process. This role requires strong communications skills and ability to work effectively in large project teams. Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor''s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering * At least 2 years of proven experience with PLC programming using LD, SFC or ST language * Excellent analysis and troubleshooting skills * Detail-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills * Very good command of English Desired Qualifications: * General understanding of 230-480VAC industrial power conversion equipment * Experience with motion control systems and/or industrial automation products and environments * Experience in Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery environment and tools like TeamCity or Jenkins * Experience with software programming languages, such us Python * Experience as a test engineer in agile development team
