Job Summary for the Human Resources Clerk Position includes but is not limited to:Responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources Department. Duties will include general clerical, receptionist, and project-based work.Essential Functions:Create and maintain all employee files and our AS400 and filing systemAssist in posting recruiting adsTranslate and interpret for non-English speaking employeesAssist with Orientation when neededAssist with creating binders, processing forms, creating personnel files, and emailing welcome announcements for new hiresProvide clerical support for department by updating forms, copying, and filing, mail distribution, meeting scheduling, ordering supplies, etc.Assist the Employment Manager and HS in the interview/physical processScheduling interviews, schedule physicals, paperwork, orientation set up, and other areasPrepare and edit correspondence, memorandums, spreadsheets, and databasesOther duties as assignedQualified candidates for the Human Resources Clerk position should possess the following:High school diploma requiredMinimum of two (2) years progressively responsible clerical work.
