The Manager Wealth Advisor develops and motivates a group of Senior Wealth Advisors focused on retail relationships across all segments. The Manager focuses on team sales targets, oversees consultative advice and guidance to customers, and motivates consultants to industry leading levels of productivity, call quality, and operational excellence. Sales success is measured on retail consolidation and advice delivery, truly motivating the manager to drive conversations that result in the right outcome for the customer. What you will doDrive high velocity, senior level sales teams to exceptional sales results, customer-centric conversations, and expert level industry knowledge.Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and business goals, while supporting new initiatives, process enhancements, and execution.Coach a growing team to new levels of performance, while partnering with other Empower teams to funnel the proper appointments to associates.Lead through change management in a fast paced, growth-minded environment.Review and approve best interest fiduciary advice in a supervisory capacity.Ensure customer success through resolution of escalated issues, addressing and reducing errors, and achieving service level metrics.Perform duties inherent in a managerial role.What you will bringBachelor''s degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional work experience.3 - 5 years of relatable industry sales experience and leadership.FINRA Series 7, 24, 63 and 65 registrations required within established timelines.FINRA fingerprinting required upon hire.What will set you apartIn-depth understanding of retail investment vehicles and qualified retirement plans.Excellent written, verbal, consulting, and presentation skills.Proficient knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) and various file manipulation skills on a PC.A passion for leadership and ability to work through challenging situations.Motivated, self-starter with the ability to master new information quickly and independently.Desire to quickly learn and implement new financial tools, computer systems, and conversation expectations.Advocate for team needs/improvements and continuous development of processes to implement best practices.Actively facilitates and reinforces a customer-focused culture; employs critical thinking and problem solving while taking a new perspective on existing solutions to promote customer loyalty.What we offer youWe offer an array of diverse and inclusive benefits regardless of where you are in your career.
