Jr Software Asset Management Analyst

Title: Jr Software Asset Management Analyst Location: Des Moines, Iowa 50309 Type: Contract Rate: $24 per hour Education: HS, JC, College Bachelors MUST BE LOCAL CANDIDATES TO OFFICE LOCATION IN DES MOINES, IA Responsibilities Focus will be on defining and operationalizing processes for managing unapproved software and hardware in the environment. Assist with creating asset management procedure documentation. Assist in maintaining and reporting on IT asset records throughout the asset life cycle. Support SAM tools, processes, and procedures to automate the collection, storage, and reporting of key software data so that the products can be managed across the enterprise in an effective manner. Assists SAM Manager with reconciliation and report generation. Participate in special projects as needed to mitigate risks or realize opportunities. Assist subject matter experts on software asset inventory operations and contributes advice to other stakeholders when needed. Other SAM duties as assigned.
